Refund Policy

1. Trial Periods

Free trial plans (1-month and 3-month trials) are provided at no cost. No payment is required to begin a trial, and no charge is made unless you choose to convert to a paid plan.

2. Paid Plans

Paid plans are billed in advance for the selected term. If you are not satisfied during the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of activation and we will issue a full refund for that period.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds are not available after 14 days of a paid period, or where the Platform has been configured and materially customised to your business based on an approved intake.

Lifetime Platform Licenses, once activated and delivered, are non-refundable except where we fail to deliver the configured scope.

4. How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request to info@ehubconsult.com with the subject "Refund Request", your account details, and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
