1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EstateOS (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.

The Platform is a product of Ehub Business Consult, with its principal office in Dawaki, Abuja, Nigeria.

2. The Service

EstateOS provides real estate developers with a software platform covering sales pipeline management, buyer payment and installment tracking, buyer portals, agent referral management, diaspora sales enablement, accounting, payroll, and human resources administration.

A configuration of the Platform is delivered to a client following the completion of the EstateOS intake form. Module availability and scope are defined by the plan selected during intake.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during intake and for the ongoing accuracy of buyer, agent, staff, estate, and financial data you maintain in the Platform.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Fees and Payment

Access plans are described on the Pricing page. Trial periods are offered free of charge; paid access is billed in advance for the selected term.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable after an access period has been activated, except as set out in our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its software, design, and documentation, is the property of Ehub Business Consult or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ehub Business Consult shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any material breach of these terms. You may stop using the Platform at any time by contacting our team.
